The new Wintec with blue light from Wenglor's P1PY21x series is equipped with Dynamic Sensitivity technology and offers a solution for complex applications in automation technology. The integrated BlueLine technology is based on short-wave, blue laser light with a wavelength of 445 nm. Thanks to the shorter wavelength, blue laser light does not penetrate as deeply into the object surface, which enables stable detection of dark, shiny, organic or (semi)transparent materials. The P1PY21x series also has a large linear laser light spot that reliably detects even uneven surfaces.
Equipped for every measuring task
The Wintec with blue light also offers dynamic step detection, which reacts to changes in the measured value and enables the detection of flat objects on uneven surfaces, for example. The finest contrasts are detected by means of intensity evaluation, which enables precise part inspection according to height and color. Velocities can be measured contact-free and wear-free, even over long distances and regardless of the surface quality of the test object.
High ease of use
The Wintec with blue light is extremely easy to use. Thanks to the high-contrast OLED display, the measurement data can be read even in challenging lighting conditions. Parameters can be configured directly via a clear menu. Bluetooth functionality enables wireless parameterization and data transfer via the weCon app.
