With the MVC series machine vision controllers and the BBVK industrial cameras, Wenglor is expanding its machine vision portfolio with additional high-performance hardware. The integrated, high-performance uniVision 3 software serves as an ecosystem for operating all Wenglor hardware. It is flexibly scalable and evaluates the images and 2D/3D profiles of the weCat3D series in a single system.
Integrated deep learning
Software modules such as Halvon Script as well as robot and RTE interfaces allow uniVision 3 to be used and expanded individually. With the integration of new deep learning technology, plain text can now also be read, ensuring a high recognition rate with minimal configuration effort. With the ability to freely combine the various modules, the Wenglor software offers flexibility to solve a wide range of applications.
Lighting technology from TPL Vision
Lighting expert TPL Vision is presenting new lighting technology for industrial image processing with its latest releases. These include ELINE, a modular linescan lighting system, as well as new spot and ring lights and accessories. A robot cell for insights into the capabilities of the MLZL 2D/3D profile sensor is also part of the Wenglor Sensoric Group's trade fair concept. Wenglor will be exhibiting its innovations at Vision from October 8 to 10 in Hall 8 at Stand 8C61.
