Diffuse sensors from Wenglor for long distances

Anzeige Measuring and testing | Created by SP

The new diffuse sensor from Wenglor uses the time-of-flight method to detect objects at long distances of up to 2.5 meters. Thanks to dynamic adaptation, it switches reliably.

The new P1PH9 diffuse sensor from the Wenglor Sensoric Group is suitable for reliable presence detection of a wide range of objects. By combining time-of-flight technology with visible LED red light, the P1PH9 sensors can detect objects at distances of up to 2,500 mm.

For very different objects and shapes

The P1PH9 diffuse reflection sensor reliably detects irregular object shapes and perforations. Even black surfaces are detected by the LED red light. P1PH9 sensors are highly insensitive to interfering influences such as ambient light, reflections in the background, dirt or dust. IO-Link 1.1 enables quick and easy parameterization and access to the process data. The switching distance can be easily set using the potentiometer. The greater scanning range and the 1P design with rotatable plug provide flexible mounting options.
