Vapic Brings Contract Cleaning Directly to Customers

With its “Black Forest Bridge” transport service, Vapic is opening up new regions for industrial parts cleaning. The concept combines transport logistics, process reliability and short response times.

Vapic GmbH, based in Neubulach, is expanding its industrial parts cleaning offering with a new logistics concept. Through its “Black Forest Bridge” transport service, the company is now making contract cleaning available to customers outside its previous core region—initially in the area between the Rhine and the Weser.

Contract Cleaning with Integrated Transport Logistics

At the core of the concept is a scheduled transport service: a dedicated truck picks up components requiring cleaning directly from the customer, takes them to the Black Forest for processing, and then returns them. The workflow is built around fixed time slots and defined delivery schedules.

In addition to the cleaning process itself, upstream operations such as vibratory finishing or wet blasting can also be included. This makes it possible to bundle multiple processing steps and coordinate them logistically.

Cost-Effective Despite the Added Transport Leg

The concept is designed to remain commercially viable even over longer distances. It is based on energy-efficient systems that use a proprietary process to reduce energy demand. Combined with high system throughput, this allows larger volumes of parts to be processed efficiently, keeping overall costs competitive despite the additional logistics.

Expansion into Additional Regions Planned

The “Black Forest Bridge” is initially geared toward customers between the Rhine and the Weser, but is intended to be expanded to other regions over time. The goal is to make contract cleaning available throughout Germany.

According to the company, regular transport cycles support continuous processing. Quotations and order handling are generally completed within 48 hours, helping to create predictable workflows and shorter turnaround times.
