vapic GmbH is a renowned provider of products and services for industrial parts cleaning. Its portfolio comprises three areas: cleaning systems, contract cleaning, and cleaning chemicals.

Through the unique combination of these three fields of expertise, together with the development of the energy-saving vapic process and a focus on the entire component manufacturing process chain, vapic offers a customized, application-specific cleaning solution at a high level for every requirement, whether aqueous- or solvent-based. This is ensured in part by the innovative vapic technology, which has already received several awards from the state of Baden-Württemberg and has been funded by the EU. When designing each system, the highest priority is placed on optimum accessibility for service and maintenance as well as a service life of more than 20 years. vapic solutions are used in almost all industries, mainly in the automotive industry, medical technology, the composites sector, the white goods industry, and electric and hydrogen mobility.

The origins of the family-owned company date back to 1995. At that time, Reiner Wolf founded a service company for cleaning systems. vapic GmbH developed from these beginnings. In 2025 and 2026, vapic acquired the insolvent companies bous and Sporer PCS as part of asset deals. This specifically expanded the product portfolio and sustainably integrated valuable know-how into the company. At the same time, this step underscores our clear commitment to Germany as a business location. vapic GmbH is currently managed by the founder’s son, Samuel Wolf, and Jonas Keppler and employs around 100 people, including five trainees. Together, they generated revenue of EUR 14.3 million in 2025.

The headquarters have been located in Neubulach since 2009 and cover an area of 8,100 square meters. A further production site for individual components has been located in Fülöpjakab, Hungary, since 2018. As a result of the asset deal in January 2026, the company has expanded by adding a new site in the Vogtland region, with an additional service location in Cologne. Contract cleaning today covers Baden-Württemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, and southeastern Germany.

Incidentally, “vapic” stands for “vacuum and pressure industrial cleaner.” The company is an attractive employer in the region and a reliable, competent partner for its customers.
