Vapic was founded in 1995 as "Reiner Wolf - Technischer Dienst". In 2003, the company launched its first own solvent system and received a European patent for energy-saving process technology. In 2005, the company changed its name to Vapic GmbH and expanded into a full-service provider for parts cleaning. In 2009, the company moved to its current location in Neubulach-Oberhaugstett, which has since been expanded several times and offers space for 80 employees.
Business under new management
After 30 years at the helm of his company, Reiner Wolf is now handing over the reins to his son Samuel. He will remain with the company as Senior Consultant. Samuel Wolf, 30, has been with Vapic since 2017 and was most recently responsible for chemistry, sales and marketing. He is married with two children and is committed to achieving a good work-life balance.
Not just machines, but entire processes
Despite economic challenges, Vapic is optimistic about the future. "We don't just offer machines, but entire processes," says Reiner Wolf. This combination of plant engineering, contract cleaning and cleaning chemicals gives the company a high degree of flexibility. Vapic also scores with energy-efficient process technology, which also opens up funding opportunities.
High employee orientation
Samuel Wolf's motto for the future is "The best solution for every cleaning task" and he is striving to establish Vapic as a synonym for parts cleaning. The company remains true to its employee orientation and will continue to be characterized by flat hierarchies and an appreciative working environment. Vapic has won the "Dream Company Award" several times and has a strong presence on social media to attract skilled workers.
