With the integration of the machines from Bous, Vapic is adding a segment of standardized, aqueous cleaning systems as well as systems for cleaning pipes and hoses to its range of special systems. This will enable Vapic to serve new tasks and open up new market segments.
Entire range of machines acquired
Vapic is acquiring Bous' entire range of machines, including cleaning chemicals, technical support, a high-quality network of partners and a broad customer base. Vapic will retain the three areas of cleaning systems, contract cleaning and cleaning chemicals and integrate Bous as a further building block in its corporate strategy.
No changes for Bous customers
Little will change for customers of Bous Renzmann Cleantech GmbH following the brand takeover. For existing machines, technical support and the supply of spare parts and cleaning agents will continue seamlessly.
