Efficient cleaning processes
The Megavac degreasing system is a 3-tank solvent chamber cleaning system with ultrasound, pressure cycling, spray cleaning, pressure flooding, steam degreasing and vacuum drying. The chemeco solve 800 solvent used is processed fully automatically.
No problem with complicated component geometries
A gross weight of 1,000 kg per batch is possible. The high-performance cleaning processes and many years of experience of the employees guarantee good cleaning results even for complicated component geometries. With a capacity of 90,000 washing grid boxes per year, orders with high quantities can also be accepted.
