Kansai Helios reports the completion of the acquisition of Becker Industrie SAS, Montbrison (France). The company thus strengthens its position in the field of web coatings both in Europe and worldwide. At the same time, Kansai Helios announced the opening of its first French subsidiary. Kansai Helios France SAS, Savigneux, will market Kansai Helios' industrial solutions.
With the closing of the transaction, Kansai Helios will acquire a wide range of industrial coatings for the protection of rail vehicles as well as the customer portfolio. All of the acquired businesses will be integrated and expand the existing Kansai Helios railroad coatings portfolio. Together with the acquired technology, approvals and customer database, the relevant employees of Becker Industrie SAS, specialized in railroad coatings, have already been integrated into Kansai Helios France SAS and will continue to serve customers in the market, under the Kansai Helios name.
