Kansai Helios becomes the new owner of CWS and its Group companies in Germany, the USA, Denmark and Poland. This will enable Kansai Helios to expand its market position in the coatings industry in the area of powder coatings as well as synthetic resins. CWS Lackfabrik GmbH has been in business since 1864, and the family-owned company has been driven by continuous growth and investment in modern production technologies.
