Lukas-Erzett GmbH & Co KG is offering its customers a new series of flexible, self-adhesive sanding sheets. The PSK sanding sheets combine precise sanding results with quick and easy tool changes. They are suitable for universal sanding and deburring work on steel and stainless steel as well as for processing demanding materials such as titanium, aluminum and ceramics in industries such as aerospace, but also in the skilled trades.
Mounted in seconds
Thanks to advanced adhesive technology, the sanding sheets can be mounted in seconds without tools: Peel off the protective film, stick the sanding sheet onto the tool carrier and get started. The adhesive bond ensures a secure hold. The PSK sanding sheets themselves are made of high-quality abrasive cloth with robust aluminium oxide or high-performance silicon carbide. They are available in various grits and sizes.
Suitable for steels, cast iron or non-ferrous metals
The tough aluminium oxide quality makes them particularly suitable for universal sanding and deburring work - for example on materials such as steel, cast iron, alloyed steels or various non-ferrous metals. They are easy to handle and are suitable for processing different surfaces for work such as chamfering, deburring, fine grinding or polishing and for weld seam processing. The result is high-quality, clean surfaces.
Work without heat build-up
The PSK abrasive sheets with silicon carbide generate hardly any heat build-up and few flying sparks, which is why they are also suitable for sensitive applications. This means that plastics and ceramics can also be processed efficiently without damaging the material.
