The PG Easy Purple Grain compact sanding discs from Lukas-Erzett are now available in a wide range of 6 sizes from 100 mm to 230 mm. The integrated backing pad ensures high performance, stability and durability. Compared to fiber discs, there is no need for an additional backing pad during assembly, making tool changes much faster.
Ceramic grit with self-sharpening effect
The tool design enables even wear without overheating, embrittlement or chipping. The deep offset zone allows flat working. Added to this is the self-sharpening effect of the ceramic grain, which enables consistently aggressive, cool grinding. The PG Easy CeramicP complements the Purple Grain Easy. This variant is characterized by its specially shaped precision abrasive particles, which ensure a high removal rate.
Wide range of applications
The abrasive discs were developed for use on particularly hard materials such as titanium and nickel alloys as well as cast iron, steel and stainless steel. The most important applications for PG Easy compact sanding discs include chamfering, deburring and rough grinding as well as weld seam processing and fettling.
