Efficient sanding with flexible tools
The special feature of the self-clamping abrasive sheets PSG and PSR is the "quick change". Thanks to this quick-change system (Quick Change Discs) made of metal or plastic on the PSG sanding sheets or a plastic thread on the PSR sanding sheets, the sanding sheet can be easily and securely attached to the corresponding sanding sheet holder with a quick twist.
Wide range of applications
The Lukas abrasive sheets PSG and PSR consist of a flexible backing (abrasive cloth or fleece) and are available with grit qualities such as aluminum oxide (NK), silicon carbide (SIC), zirconium corundum (ZK), ceramic (Ceramic) and in many different grit sizes and diameters, depending on the application. The range of applications extends from universal grinding and deburring work to the processing of stainless steels and difficult-to-machine metals to the processing of titanium and titanium alloys, aluminum, plastics, ceramics and wood.
