As a result, it achieves a very high throughput with a small footprint. One batch is processed in the machine, for example deburred, rounded, smoothed or polished. At the same time, the workpieces from the second batch are separated from the abrasive media.

The Rotamat R 60 is suitable for coating mass-produced small metal parts. Some users are already using it for PFAS-free paints. Substances such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and solvents are still a component of many technical functional coatings today. They must be replaced in the long term.
