Vapic GmbH will be showcasing its portfolio for industrial parts cleaning in the pipe and pipe processing industry at Tube 2026 (Hall 6, Booth 6H16). The focus will be on aqueous and solvent-based cleaning systems and specially developed cleaning media.
Integration into automated production lines
In May 2025, Vapic acquired the bous brand, thereby expanding its range to include compact, aqueous cleaning machines. These can be integrated into existing production lines, such as automatic sawing systems. One example is the Dutch machine manufacturer BEWO CS, which develops pipe sawing systems. The systems combine several process steps such as sawing, deburring, measuring, and washing. The cleaning technology from bous – now part of the vapic portfolio – has been used there for years.
Within the line, sawn pipe pieces are cleaned of chips and oils under high pressure, coated with corrosion protection, and then dried. The systems are designed for continuous operation and, according to the manufacturer, can clean and dry up to 2,500 pipes per hour. Different lengths, diameters, and wall thicknesses can be processed.
Broad service portfolio
In addition to special plant construction, Vapic also covers contract cleaning and the development of its own cleaning media. The combination of plant construction, process chemistry, and cleaning services enables the coordinated design of cleaning processes—for example, as preparation for powder coating, painting, welding, or bending.
Tube 2026 offers Vapic its first opportunity to present its expanded portfolio to the international tube industry.
