With the compact SC550 walk-behind scrubber-dryer, Nilfisk presents a new product generation. Its digital touch display adapts to the tasks and expertise of the user. The SC550 can be learned to use without a great deal of training, and the cleaning settings can be adjusted using a PIN code. A height-adjustable operating handle and laser and light-based safety concepts provide additional convenience.
Environmentally friendly scrubber dryer
According to the manufacturer, the SC550 is up to 27 percent more energy efficient than its predecessors. It uses up to 40 percent less water and 60 percent less cleaning agent compared to similar machines. By 2025, it will also be made partly from recycled post-consumer plastic (PCR). It achieves an area performance of up to 3,050 m² / h, with scrubbing widths of up to 610 mm and a maximum contact pressure of 30 kg. The fresh and dirty water tanks have a volume of 50 l.
Autonomous cleaning technology
The autonomous scrubber dryer Liberty SC60 cleans large logistics areas independently. It can do this for up to 2.5 hours without interruption thanks to its large tank systems. It can clean up to 2,811 m² / h on its own. The working width is 71 cm and the total running time is up to 5.5 h.
Battery-operated industrial vacuum cleaner
The new, battery-powered VHB120 industrial vacuum cleaner is suitable for use in hard-to-reach areas thanks to its compact design. With a weight of 72 kg, it can be transported flexibly. As it works wirelessly, tripping hazards are avoided. The industrial vacuum cleaner can be started via Bluetooth, and lithium-ion batteries guarantee up to 120 minutes of runtime. Its two motors work with a maximum output of 1.8 kW. In the ACD version, the machine meets all safety requirements for handling hazardous and combustible dusts (class M and H) in non-classified zones.
NIlfisk will be exhibiting at LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart from March 11 to 13 in hall 10, stand 10H60.
