The new VHS010 and VHS011 mini industrial vacuum cleaners from Nilfisk offer high suction power in the tightest of spaces. With a maximum height of 830 millimeters, the compact safety vacuum cleaners can even reach production areas that are difficult to access. They pick up 15 or 30 kilograms of flammable, hazardous and conductive material without leaving any residue.
High working comfort, low weight
The optimized wheelbase and quiet noise level of no more than 72 decibels ensure a high level of working comfort. Thanks to the low weight of up to 21 kilograms, the appliances can be easily transported to the work site. A brushless and dust-protected bypass motor (VHS011) delivers a continuously high output of up to 950 watts. The maximum air flow is up to 3,466 liters per minute at a vacuum of up to 210 mbar. This means that even heavy metal and plastic residues can be vacuumed.
Filter systems for the strictest safety regulations
All vacuum cleaner models are designed to pick up combustible dusts and are certified by an independent third party. Depending on the model variant, this applies to both potentially explosive environments (ATEX22 zones) and non-hazardous areas. Equipped with a large HEPA filter H14, the VHS010 concentrates on capturing hazardous, conductive dusts such as metal and wood dust or chips. The M-class cartridge filter system of the VHS011 machines, on the other hand, is suitable for dust types with a slight health risk - such as cardboard shreds. In these model variants, the manual "PullClean" system ensures quick and easy cleaning of the conical cartridge filter during operation.
