At Interclean in Amsterdam, cleaning equipment manufacturer Nilfisk presented its new SC25 and SC550 scrubber-driers for the first time. In addition to high cleaning performance, the cleaning machines are designed to efficiently support companies in coping with labor shortages, training bottlenecks and time and cost pressures.
Two new scrubber-driers
The SC25 stand-alone scrubber-dryer was developed to meet customer requirements in the retail and facility management sectors for offices and public administration. It is particularly suitable for cleaning small, high-traffic areas. The SC550 pedestrian scrubber-drier, on the other hand, focuses on optimum user support and process optimization across all sectors, as well as reducing environmental impact. Both machines will be available from fall 2024.
SC550 pedestrian scrubber-drier
The new SC550 pedestrian scrubber-drier can adapt to the individual capabilities of its operators. The ergonomic design includes intuitive controls and integrated tutorials as well as intelligent presets that can be adapted to the language and skill level of the operator. An individually adjustable steering column and a wide selection of brush types round off the comfort features.
28 percent less energy
The SC550 cleans with optimum use of water, energy and cleaning agents. According to Nilfisk's own studies, the new model is 28% more energy efficient than its predecessors. In addition, the SC550 uses up to 40% less water and 60% less detergent compared to machines without this technology.
The autonomous SC25 scrubber dryer
Whether staff shortage, time pressure or night shift: the SC25 carries out its work autonomously and delivers a good cleaning performance on small areas. Nilfisk customers can use the new SC25 every day without manual intervention. Once programmed, the machine carries out its work independently and returns to its docking station when the job is done to recharge, empty dirty water and refill with clean water.
For every room concept
With a zero-degree rotation, reduced speed for effective edge cleaning and predictive navigation, the SC25 moves easily around any room. The integrated sweeping technology picks up small debris for effective scrubbing in high traffic areas. Water consumption is low.
