The latest machine update of the CS7010 combination machine from Nilfisk reinforces the economic advantages of this series thanks to a new drive technology. The powerful machine is now also available with a 36-volt lithium-ion battery. The different drive types - LPG and diesel hybrid as well as ePower battery - offer flexibility in daily use. They have now been supplemented by a modular lithium-ion concept.
Variable charge quantity
The modular and subsequently scalable design of the new drive system is geared towards the customer's needs. It delivers charge quantities of 504 and 1,008 ampere hours. This means between four and eight hours of uninterrupted operating time. Short charging times of around two hours and a service life of up to 1,500 charging cycles reduce the total cost of ownership. The lithium-ion batteries are practically maintenance-free over their entire service life.
Longer working periods possible
Thanks to the large storage capacity of the lithium-ion modules, the new machine model (fully charged) can handle several shifts indoors and outdoors without interruption. If the battery has to be connected to the quick charger, work can be resumed after just two hours. Spontaneous intermediate charging during the lunch break is of course also possible without damaging the system performance. With an average charge five times a week, Nilfisk guarantees a service life of five years - which corresponds to well over 1,500 charging and discharging cycles.
Intelligent equipment for the best results
The "Ecoflex" automatic detergent dosing system and the patented "SmartFlow" technology, which helps to increase cleaning productivity, ensure resource-saving consumption. The principle: SmartFlow automatically controls the dosing of water and detergent depending on the working speed. In this way, the machine guarantees uniform cleanliness and optimum use of water even when moving around objects, turning or cleaning corners. For dust and dirt management, the Donaldson PowerCore UltraWeb nanofilter and the DustGuard dust binding system are also included as standard.
