With the new headquarters of LK Mechanik + Blechbearbeitung, owner Tomas Loh merges his company LOKA with LK Mechanik in terms of production technology. According to the company, the new headquarters is one of the most modern sheet metal processing plants in Germany. In the future, components and assemblies made of stainless steel, steel and aluminum will be produced here for key sectors of industry, especially mechanical and plant engineering, the optical industry, industrial parts cleaning and medical technology. The plant offers plenty of space for flexible organization of the production lines as well as sustainable energy and building technology.
With the commissioning of the new plant, LK Mechanik has also defined CO2 neutrality as a corporate goal. The foundations for this have already been laid: A 350 kWp photovoltaic system operates on the roof of the new factory. The process heat generated in production is recycled, and the production lines operate with reduced CO2 emissions.
