The new workpiece carrier system from LK Mechanik has been adapted to the efficient cleaning of components with filmic contamination. It consists of thin-walled stainless steel baskets in two sizes, whose design ensures optimum cleaning and dripping behavior and consequently short process times. They are characterized by high processing quality and can be integrated into automated cleaning and production processes.
The new carrier system meets the high cleanliness standards that are commonplace, for example, in the electronics industry, in the field of energy generation and storage, and in the manufacture of optical components. At the heart of the new workpiece carrier system are thin-walled and weight-optimized stainless steel cleaning baskets that can hold up to 25 kg of material. They are stackable and suitable for roller conveyors. They are characterized by high mechanical stability and torsional rigidity. Thanks to their electrolytically treated surfaces as well as harmonized, leveled weld seams, they ensure very good cleaning and dripping behavior of the media. The wash baskets have Data Matrix codes on all four sides, enabling their unique and complete identification.
