Together with IST Intech, UV specialist IST Metz will be showcasing its entire range of modern UV LED and excimer technology for the label market at Labelexpo in Barcelona. The focus will be on UV and LED systems tailored to the requirements of the industry. Low-migration solutions, significantly reduced energy and nitrogen consumption and the targeted expansion of LED systems form the technical foundation. The sister company IST Intech from England will be presenting solutions for digital label printing.
Future-proof UV systems
One highlight of the new product range is the LEDcure NX with AI-supported SMARTcure technology, which enables high efficiency in operation thanks to intelligent control. The portfolio is complemented by the new FREEcure system, which is equipped with integrated UVC booster technology. This was developed specifically with the stricter requirements of the new printing ink regulations in mind - especially for the reliable implementation of low-migration printing applications. All UV lamp systems are LED-prepared as standard and can be easily converted to LEDcure NX.
