Emag LaserTec implements mechanical engineering solutions for laser cleaning. At the center of this is the LC 4 laser cleaning machine for components with a maximum diameter of 200 millimeters. It combines all components on 4.5 square meters. Efficient processes are ensured by a highly efficient 200-watt laser, which is switched on for just a few seconds per component. The machine is used both in integrated production lines and as a stand-alone unit. For this purpose, it has a rotary table that is separate from the work area and is automatically loaded or unloaded. In addition, it is possible to clamp two components simultaneously while two others are passing through the cleaning process.
With the help of Emag's EC-Clean software, laser cleaning becomes an easy-to-handle process. The system operator can influence all settings - laser and scanner parameters, geometry or feed rate - with this solution. EC-Clean supports him in the selection process. A few settings are enough, everything else is calculated automatically or taken from the internal technology database.
