CMA robotics: Roboter Teaching per VR-Technologie

For teaching via VR tracking, a laser tracking portal is required as well as a special attachment for a standard automatic gun. The alignment and movement of the gun can then be precisely recorded and transferred to the corresponding control software. This then calculates the corresponding painting paths, whereby both individual points and entire sequences can be optimized and changed afterwards. In principle, such an active station can also be easily integrated into an existing painting system, in which case a painter could manually paint the first component of each series and the robot could then take over the next components. Above all, compared to the method of having to move the entire robot arm during teaching, the new technology represents a significant simplification.
