The W3-certified VacuFil Compact high-vacuum extraction unit separates more than 99 percent of welding fume particles. It is compatible with all common extraction torches.

The VacuFil Compact high-vacuum extraction unit from Kemper has received W3 certification from the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of the German Social Accident Insurance (IFA). The test mark proves a high quality standard - also on the international market. The certification means that users in Germany can even use the VacuFil Compact to return filtered air to the workspace. In addition, the unit is suitable for workplaces where welding fumes from chrome-nickel steel are generated. With an extraction rate of up to 170 m³/h and a negative pressure of up to 30 kilopascals, the mobile unit separates at least 99 percent of the welding fumes. In the test at the IFA, it even achieved 99.9 percent.

A key feature of the VacuFil Compact is the ability to select between manual and, optionally, automatic readjustment of the preselected volume flow. This is particularly important for extraction at the welding torch in order to optimally capture the welding fumes on the one hand and not destroy the shielding gas cover on the other. This prevents pores in the weld seam.
