The Dürr Group is supporting the Ludwigsburg-Bietigheim Women's Clinic with 8,000 euros. The donation will benefit a medical course aimed at women diagnosed with breast cancer.

Dürr AG attaches great importance to its commitment to the region, as Dr. Jochen Weyrauch, CEO of Dürr AG, emphasizes. "As a company, we are deeply rooted in the region. It is therefore important to us to provide financial support for medical care and health programs," he says.

Medical course aims to improve quality of life

The medical course at the Ludwigsburg-Bietigheim Women's Clinic teaches women diagnosed with breast cancer, for example, movement exercises, self-help strategies and nutrition tips. The sustainable integration of the methods and techniques learned into the patients' everyday lives should improve their quality of life and have a positive effect on their mental and physical health.

Promoting self-healing

The program is part of so-called mind-body medicine, in which the interactions between body and mind are used to promote self-healing. Modern conventional medicine methods are supplemented by scientifically based naturopathy.
