The competition #AzubiChallenge23 was launched by the ZVO under the leadership of the ZVO 2.0 young entrepreneurs. The aim of the video competition is to raise awareness of the industrial apprenticeships in electroplating and surface technology. The #AzubiChallenge23 is aimed at current industrial trainees from ZVO member companies. A maximum of 90-second videos for Instagram are required. There are cash prizes for the best videos, 1,500 euros for the video with the most likes, 1,000 euros for the runner-up and 500 euros for the third-place winner.
The reel is intended to show why a job in electroplating and surface technology is appealing, exciting, varied and promising. And thus motivate young people to apply for an apprenticeship in electroplating. Only the apprentices are allowed to participate in the creation of the videos. Multiple submissions per company are possible. Videos can be sent by e-mail or WeTransfer to AzubiChallenge23@zvo.org by November 1, 2023. Deadline for judging is1. December 2023, 3pm. Winners will be announced on December 8, 2023.
