Mahr offers the new MarVision MM 500 measuring microscope in two versions, each with three measuring ranges: with manual axes or with CNC axis control. This means that a total of six models are available, from which users can choose the right solution for their requirements.
Edge detection of geometric elements
The MarVision MM 500 inspects turned, milled, punched and bent parts, plastic parts or electronic circuit boards, for example. The measuring microscope uses automatic edge detection to determine geometric elements such as straight lines, circles, distances, angles or intersections on these workpieces without contact. Thanks to an optical incremental measuring system, it offers high accuracy and reliability, even on the smallest components. The color camera provides a high-contrast display.
Robust mechanics for reliable measurement results
The MarVision MM 500 has robust mechanics. Its stable construction protects against vibrations so that the measurement results can be reliably collected. The manual models are designed to check components quickly and easily. In contrast, the CNC versions with stitching are designed for higher throughput, for example for recurring measurement tasks on a sample. The one-box design of the electronics makes commissioning the measuring microscope very easy.
