At Optatec, Mahr will be exhibiting the MarSurf LD 260 Aspheric 3D, among other things. This high-precision 2D/3D surface measuring station is suitable for checking the contour and roughness of spheres, aspheres and other optical components. The individual production steps can be tracked and corrected in closed-loop operation. The MarWin software platform provides the basis for flexible evaluation of the measurement data using Aspheric Lib.
Confocal measuring device
The MarSurf 3D CM confocal measuring device is available as a mobile unit or as a stationary measuring microscope. It can be used to precisely measure and analyze surfaces in three dimensions. This is done quickly, without contact and independent of the material. Typical measurement tasks include roughness measurements, topography measurements such as volume, wear, tribology, contour and shape (2D, 3D), pore and particle analysis or defect detection.
Compact hand-held measuring device
The compact, tactile MarSurf M 310 hand-held roughness measuring device records and evaluates measurement data in a mobile and flexible manner. Thanks to its touchscreen, it is easy to operate and its handy and robust design makes it suitable for use even in demanding production environments. Among other things, it checks the surface roughness of shafts and housing parts or very large, ground and honed workpieces. It can be supplemented with a mobile printer.
