Witt gas filters protect against the finest dirt

Anzeige Cleaning and pre-treatment | Created by SP

The Witt 77 gas filter is available with a pore size of just 0.5 micrometers. This allows the fitting to filter even the finest impurities from gases - for better process performance, to protect downstream systems and to reduce maintenance costs and expensive downtimes.

The Witt 77 gas filter ensures that even the smallest particles are filtered out of gases. Because even with high gas quality, there is always the possibility of mechanical impurities and condensate in the gas line. Both can have a negative impact on the performance of the application process. The 77 gas filter reliably cleans the gas and ensures the optimum functioning of sensitive processes. Maintenance intervals and system downtimes can also be extended.

For various technical gases

The model 77 is suitable for numerous technical gases and therefore a wide range of applications, both for line installation and for integration into larger systems. A stainless steel filter element is used inside the fitting. Depending on the application, filter elements with a fineness of around 10 or 40 µm are also available in addition to the 0.5 µm version, enabling higher flow rates.

Easy to install

The Gasfilter 77 is easy to install and maintain. A large selection of connections allows uncomplicated mounting. Thanks to the straight passage, the filter cartridges can be changed quickly and easily when installed. Condensate can be easily removed via a drain.

High-quality brass housing

The fitting with brass housing has a diameter of 80 mm and a height of 210 mm. Depending on the filter element, it weighs approx. 2.8 to 3 kg. Depending on the type of gas, a maximum inlet pressure of up to 50 bar is possible. The permitted temperature range is -40 to +60 °C with a stainless steel filter element or -30 to +60 °C with a bronze filter element.
