In order to increase process efficiency, particularly when filtering oily liquids such as chemicals, paints and varnishes, Eaton's filter bag range offers two 2-in-1 special filter bag series for the first time. The Sentinel-Maxpo range and the Duragaf-Maxpoxl range have an additional inner core that significantly increases their dirt holding capacity and oil separation capability.
Duplex screen basket filters for pipeline constructions
Duragaf Maxpoxl, the bypass-free simplex and duplex strainer basket filters for pipelines, are installed in chemical, petrochemical and water pipelines and effectively protect industrial plants from unwanted particles. The improved sealing and surface quality properties comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), EN13445 and AD 2000 for pressure vessels.
Depth filter module for decolorization
With the new Beco Carbon ACF 03 grade as a flat layer, depth filter module or disposable capsule, Eaton is responding to the growing demand for user-friendly activated carbon layers tested for endotoxins for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and fine chemical applications. In the production of pharmaceutical and cosmetic active ingredients, the capabilities of activated carbon-containing depth filter sheets for decolorization and adsorptive separation of unwanted by-products are in demand. The depth filter sheets containing activated carbon can be used in closed sheet filters from Eaton.
