With Max-Load Pexl, Eaton is launching a new industrial filter series onto the market. In a fully welded polyester design, the filters have an increased service life.

With the pleated Max-Load Pexl filter bags, Eaton offers an intelligent solution for reducing downtime and improving filtration performance in industrial processes. The optimized Max-Load Pexl range is based on a fully welded polyester design with increased service life. The new design offers broad chemical compatibility and minimizes the risk of contamination. The thermally welded end caps and smooth outer support body enable bypass-free filtration and simplify maintenance processes.

Ten times higher dirt holding capacity

The pleated filter media structure offers up to four times the filter surface area and up to ten times the dirt holding capacity of conventional needle felt bags of the same size. This results in longer operating times, fewer interruptions and reliable performance in a wide range of industrial applications. "The use of polyester media provides excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and mineral oil-based liquids. This is why polyester is often the preferred choice for high-temperature applications where polypropylene will not suffice," says Wim Callaert, Senior Product Manager of Eaton's Filtration Division.
