The new filter cartridge housings from Eaton are designed for use in industrial water treatment, but can also be used in the chemical industry, in cooling or filtration applications in the electronics and metalworking sectors or in data centers. They can be configured to suit the process. The housings allow a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and temperatures of up to 120 °C.
Versatile in use
The single-seat version of the Topcart HF is equipped with filter baskets in 20" or 40" lengths. Multi-seat filter cartridge housings are available in versions for 4, 7 or 11 filter cartridges. The 20" version is only available in the 4-fold configuration and is vertically aligned. The 40" and 60" versions are available in all multiple configurations and are aligned horizontally to ensure that the filter cartridges can always be replaced easily and ergonomically.
High flow rate
With their high performance of up to over 1,000 m³ flow rate per hour, the Topcart HF filter cartridge housings are designed for industrial applications with the highest demands. The use of high-quality stainless steel materials on all parts in contact with the product ensures that the housings meet all requirements even in harsh environments and with challenging media. If required, they are available with material certificates, specific test requirements as well as ASME calculations, ASME U-Stamp certifications and declarations of conformity in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
