The new app from Freudenberg is a further development of the Viledon filterCair filter management system. The Vi.P. View app gives customers access to the operating data of their filters. To get started, a QR code is scanned on the system. Data can then be entered or retrieved and evaluated. This allows the system to be monitored in real time.
Filter testing, maintenance and process parameters
All information on filter tests, maintenance and process parameters can be saved and viewed in the underlying data management system. This provides a comprehensive overview of the system status.
Higher system efficiency, lower maintenance costs
During inspections, the Viledon filterCair team or an internal technician on site stores the measurement data in the system. The information is immediately available for analysis. Inefficient filter elements can be detected quickly and replaced as part of condition-based maintenance. Weak points are eliminated. Thanks to the efficient analysis, response times and maintenance quality are improved and filter service life and energy consumption are optimized.
