Vacudest ZLD post-concentrator
Vacudest reduces the amount of waste water and thus significantly lowers disposal costs. However, the residual water content of the residue can make complete disposal more difficult. This is where the Vacudest ZLD post-concentrator comes in. It reduces the residual water content of the residue in a downstream evaporation stage and reduces the residual quantity by a further 50 percent.
Recycling oils
The ZLD uses the heat of the steam from the Vacudest for evaporation. Particularly interesting: the residue often contains valuable raw materials, for example in the form of oils, whose recycling offers additional economic potential. The Vacudest ZLD secondary concentrator is available for wastewater volumes of 2,100 to 16,000 m³/year.
