The first year for Marco Baumann as production manager at H20 was characterized by crisis management. The reason for this: the end of the Corona pandemic and the Ukraine war. Above all, flexibility is required. "Despite all efforts in purchasing, there are still problems with material availability and delivery times in some cases. So we have to do the best we can with the resources and materials we have," Baumann says. He says he is very grateful that the team sticks together so well and that he can count on the support of his employees.
Enjoying the work goes hand in hand with crisis management, says Baumann. Because only then is the team also prepared to react spontaneously and flexibly, he says. "My team does a great job of that. I'm very proud of that." For the future, he hopes that the tense situation will calm down.
