The newly developed ceramic CeraMol material from Serfilco provides an effective process for the treatment of rinsing baths and waste water. Acids, organic contaminants and, above all, metal and heavy metal particles can be reliably removed with CeraMol, including copper, nickel, chromium, tin, cadmium, zinc, aluminum and iron. The manufacturer will be presenting the process at SurfaceTechnology Germany.
Longer use of rinsing baths
The CeraMol material can be regenerated and is cost-effective to use. Rinsing baths can be used for longer without refreshing and limit values in the treated waste water can be easily complied with, so that the water can often be recycled back into the production process.
