In high-tech industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, optical analysis or implant production, invisible residues often determine success or rejection. This is where SurTec's high-purity cleaners come in. They combine excellent cleaning performance with a chemical formulation that deliberately avoids critical elements such as phosphorus or silicon. This eliminates HIOs (Hydrogen Induced Outgassing), which are problematic in vacuum processes. SurTec's modular cleaning system allows the flexible combination of surfactant and builder components and is suitable for complex material composites, such as those made of aluminum, stainless steel, copper or nickel-plated surfaces.
Sustainability right from the washing process
How much CO₂ can be saved if the cleaning temperature is reduced by 30 °C? Current applications with the two-component system SurTec 531 and SurTec 081 as well as with SurTec 041 LTs show: up to 87% of energy consumption. The energy-efficient formulations enable stable cleaning performance at a reduced process temperature. In this way, industrial emissions can be reduced.
Focus on screw production
SurTec also supports users in screw production with sophisticated cleaning systems, from dephosphating and heat treatment to anti-friction coating. In the processing of stainless steel screws, targeted pre-treatments enable optimum adhesion of the subsequent bonded coating.
