The current surprisingly rapid shift towards electromobility in large parts of the automotive industry, as well as increasingly demanding cleanliness requirements in other sectors such as electronics or medical technology, mean that companies are sometimes confronted with cleanliness requirements that cannot easily be met with existing resources. Even in-house cleaning lines that are well set up in and of themselves are increasingly reaching their limits these days, since meeting new cleanliness requirements often necessitates considerable investment and process changes. Even capacity bottlenecks, which actually hold promising economic prospects, can become a test of nerves, for example, if in-house cleaning is not possible and the requirements are such that even contract service providers known to be quality-conscious cannot deliver the desired result, or at least not consistently. The pressure to find a workable solution increases very quickly in such a case.
The frequency with which companies currently find themselves in precisely this problematic situation was evidently correctly assessed by an expert in the industry who, despite a difficult environment, dared to set up a contract cleaning company - with an investment of three and a half million euros. Numerous plants, some of them specially equipped, including an extensively equipped analytical laboratory, are already ready for use. The company's founder promises to meet the highest standards of quality and reproducibility through his knowledge and experience gained in almost 20 years in the industry in a wide variety of operations and processes - to a degree that goes well beyond what contract service providers can normally deliver. This sounds like a lot of self-confidence - but the keen interest from industry and, in this context, the positive feedback from many preliminary trials lend plausibility to this claim. Also remarkable is the fact that, in view of the orders to be expected, the company is already planning to add another hall.
