With LED Powerline Web, Hoenle is presenting the new LED curing system LED Powerline Web at Labelexpo, which enables precise curing of UV materials in different production environments.
Maximum application versatility
The system is available in two wavelengths: a UVA version for curing printing inks and a UVC version that is suitable for cross-linking UV coatings, silicones and adhesives. The system therefore covers a wide range of industrial applications.
Efficient water cooling
The UVC module can be positioned flexibly and therefore offers a high degree of adaptability in different production environments. Another advantage is the efficient water cooling, which ensures a consistently high and uniform output even in continuous operation under demanding production conditions.
UV lamps or LED possible
The hybrid concept makes it easy to switch from conventional UV to LED technology in existing processes: LED Powerline Web enables the optional use of both conventional UV lamps and LEDs without compromising system integration. Thanks to its compact design, LED Powerline Web can be integrated into both new and existing machine configurations.
