At the Resilience Award Ostwürttemberg (RAW.25) ceremony on November 12 at the Digital Innovation Space in Aalen, Pulverakademie Bader was honored with second place. The award recognizes companies, institutions and projects that demonstrate particular resilience through diversity, innovative strength and sustainable strategies. This year, the award focused on the topic of "Diversity and Inclusion".
Award ceremony under the banner of diversity and sustainability
Around 120 guests from business, politics and society attended the event, which was organized by the Wirtschaftsclub Ostwürttemberg and the Wirtschaftsjunioren Ostwürttemberg. Andrea Hahn, European and Economic Commissioner of the Ostalbkreis district, gave the welcoming address. In addition to Pulverakademie Bader, the following companies received an award: - 1st place: allnatura GmbH & Co KG, Heubach - 3rd place: Schneider Möbelwerkstätten, Aalen - 3rd place: Rieger Metallveredlung, Steinheim
Significance for the region and future focus
In future, the Resilience Award will be presented alternately with the East Wuerttemberg Innovation Award. The main sponsors of RAW.25 are Kreissparkasse Ostalb and Kreissparkasse Heidenheim, supported by numerous regional partners. The award highlights the importance of cohesion, diversity and sustainable business models for the future viability of the regional economy.
