The new turbopumping station is suitable for high and ultra-high vacuum applications in industry as well as in research and development.

The HiCube Neo vacuum pumping unit with a pumping speed of 80 to 800 liters/second is suitable for demanding high and ultra-high vacuum applications. With a selection of different backing pumps such as diaphragm, rotary vane, scroll and multi-stage Roots pumps, it can be prepared for a wide range of applications.

Can be used for everything from gas analysis to vacuum furnaces

It can therefore be used for applications in industry and research & development. Typical areas of application range from gas analysis and the calibration of measuring tubes to vacuum furnaces or the pumping of cryostats.

Plug-and-play concept simplifies application

The HiCube Neo is ready for immediate use thanks to its plug-and-play concept. Its strengths lie in its extended functions and user-oriented design. Its user-friendly features include an intuitive 7-inch touchscreen, remote control via web server and detailed data recording. The open design facilitates maintenance. In addition, the energy-efficient standby mode of the backing pump reduces energy consumption and therefore operating costs.
