In the semiconductor, electronics, and optoelectronics industries, as well as other sectors, there is more and more talk of "high purity". "Due to the growing importance of this field of expertise in the future, we have decided for the first time to supplement the classic core areas of parts2clean (September 26-28, 2023, Stuttgart) with the highlight topic of High Purity," says Christoph Nowak, Project Director at Deutsche Messe AG.
"High Purity" is about removing the smallest amounts of dirt, which can vary depending on the industry and component. Often these are ultra-fine particles and filmic contaminants, organics and/or inorganics, ionic residues or residues of microorganisms. The focus here is even more strongly on the entire production chain than in the case of classic cleaning tasks. For example, upstream machining processes must support the cleanliness objective. The highlight topic of high purity will also be explored in depth in the bilingual technical forum organized with the Fraunhofer Cleaning Business Unit and the Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT).
