The Mafac Continuo automatic transfer system supports the integration of cleaning into interlinked production environments. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be flexibly integrated into linked or tight production environments and optimizes the utilization of the cleaning machine when parts volumes are high. Operation is possible with up to five product baskets or workpiece carriers, allowing throughput times to be reduced.
Mafac Vacuum Activated Purification (VAP) technology was developed for effective cleaning of capillary structures. The targeted application of alternating pressure enhances the cleaning effect of spray cleaning so that deep bores with small cross-sections can be cleaned reliably and economically. The technology is designed for Mafac's Java, Palma and Malta machine models.
