Nortec: Kaeser showcases efficient compressed air solutions for the manufacturing industry

In February, Kaeser Kompressoren will be showcasing solutions for optimizing the energy efficiency of compressed air stations at Nortec in Hamburg. The focus will be on heat recovery systems and energy-efficient, networked compressed air technology for the manufacturing industry.

Kaeser Kompressoren's exhibition stand in Hall A4 will focus on heat recovery from screw compressors, boosters, and blowers. The waste heat generated during operation of these devices can be used for space heating, hot water production, or to support industrial processes. Kaeser offers customized systems with different temperature levels that are suitable for both new installations and retrofitting existing compressed air stations.

Energy-efficient compressors for industry

Kaeser also offers ASD and Aircenter series industrial screw compressors with Sigma Profile. These systems are designed for low energy consumption, high availability, and economical operation. They are used in a variety of production environments, from medium-sized businesses to large-scale industry.

Compressed air treatment and reciprocating compressors

For smaller manufacturing companies, Kaeser presents piston compressors from the i.Comp and EPC series, which are characterized by their robust design and low maintenance requirements. Cryosec and Secotec series refrigeration dryers and matching filter solutions ensure the necessary compressed air quality. These guarantee reliable drying and cleaning of the compressed air, for example for applications in surface treatment.

Networked compressed air management

With the Sigma Air Manager 4.0 compressed air management system, Kaeser addresses the digitalization of compressed air stations. The higher-level control system networks compressors, dryers, and filters, enables central monitoring, and supports predictive maintenance to reduce energy consumption and downtime.
