At EMO Hannover, the world's leading trade fair for production technology, Kaeser will be presenting its compressed air solutions in Hall 12 at Stand A2 from September 22 to 26. These include industrial screw compressors with Sigma profile, oil-free compressors, speed-controlled piston compressors and others.
Reliable compressed air supply
The versatile range of fluid-injected screw compressors, for example, offers suitable solutions for a wide variety of applications, whether for large-scale industry, medium-sized companies or start-ups. The compressors impress with their high efficiency thanks to Sigma Profile and the intelligent Sigma Control system. The new oil-free screw compressors in the CSG series offer high energy efficiency. Synchronous reluctance motors with efficiency class IE5 and the new compressor block with Sigma profile developed by Kaeser make the systems particularly energy-efficient.
Speed-controlled piston compressor - robust and compact
The i.Comp 8/9 from Kaeser has an innovative drive concept. The rotationally sintered PE cover conceals an oil-free piston compressor with a speed-controlled motor that always delivers the exact amount of compressed air required. In the i.Comp Tower T versions, the compressor block, compressed air tank, refrigerant dryer and Sigma Control 2 control unit are combined in a complete housing system ready for connection.
Secotec energy-saving refrigeration dryer
Quality in industry and manufacturing starts with clean and dried compressed air. The Secotec energy-saving refrigeration dryers are matched to Kaeser compressors and offer reliable compressed air drying with maximum efficiency. Designed for industrial applications, the compact units ensure stable pressure dew points of up to 3 °C, even under the harshest conditions.
Compressed air 4.0
The Sigma Air Manager 4.0 cross-machine control system manages the operation of multiple compressors, dryers and filters. Thanks to the networking of all components of the compressed air station with the intelligent network control via the Kaeser Sigma Network, comprehensive monitoring and energy management as well as predictive maintenance measures are possible.
