Kaeser Kompressoren is showcasing solutions for sustainable production at the Hannover Messe. As a leading supplier of compressed air systems, Kaeser is focusing on technologies that optimize the energy consumption of the entire compressed air station. Some of the innovations can be seen at the Hannover Messe from March 31 to April 4, 2025 in Hall 12, Stand B14.
Utilize 96% of the compressor waste heat
In addition to highly efficient compressors and energy-saving compressed air dryers, Kaeser will also be presenting new compressed air filters and smart services this year. High-performance heat recovery systems will also be on display at the stand. They can utilize up to 96% of the compressor waste heat. Another highlight is the Sigma Air Manager 4.0 cross-machine compressed air management system
Control of compressed air stations
This compressed air management system manages the operation of several compressors, dryers and filters particularly economically by using the patented simulation-based optimization process to determine future requirements based on compressed air consumption. The decisive factor is not a narrow pressure band, but the continuous optimum operation of the compressed air station.
Networking via Kaeser Sigma Network
Thanks to the networking of all components of the compressed air station with the intelligent network control via the secure Kaeser Sigma Network, comprehensive monitoring and energy management as well as predictive maintenance measures are possible. This minimizes downtimes and maximizes production output.
