The most important highlight of the screw compressors in the CSD/CSDX and oil-free CSG series is their lower energy and space requirements. This is due to several ingenious technical solutions. Both series achieve high energy efficiency classes thanks to the drive with modern synchronous reluctance motors and an optimal arrangement of the components, which result in particularly low pressure losses at the plant. This lowers energy costs and, among other things, reduces theCO2 footprint.
The CSG series enables highly efficient compressed air generation on 19% less floor space than the previous series at the same time. Models are available air- or water-cooled, with integrated refrigerant dryer or i.HOC, and for flow rates from 4 to 15 m³/min. The durable compressor blocks with the efficient Sigma profile are also installed in the CSG series. The rotors are coated with an in-house developed PEEK coating that is highly wear-resistant and has been baked twice at over 400 degrees Celsius.
