Small and large components as well as individual special designs - the widely varying dimensions and quantities produced at M-Tron in Bad Leonfelden in Upper Austria required a sophisticated painting and drying concept. The air technology specialist Scheuch Ligno therefore developed a flexibly designed system concept for the customer for the different coating material dimensions, with which a large number of usage variants can be realized.
A spray room with underfloor extraction, a sanding room with two independent sanding stations, a dry room extraction system, as well as a paint storage and preparation room - Scheuch Ligno built a completely new surface finishing system together with the Eham joinery from Hausham.
