Compared to other marking systems, laser marking systems are characterized by low set-up costs, material-friendly results and virtually no wearing parts. Mobil-Mark is now launching amobile laser on the market. It is mobile and can be moved from workpiece to workpiece or to the workbench. There is no need for an expensive laser station. The new LX4 entry-level laser is suitable for switching to mobile laser marking. The Mobil-MarkLX4 was presented for the first time at the AMB trade fair in Stuttgart.
Flexible methods of marking
Mobile laser marking is particularly recommended when various small but also larger parts in a production process need to be marked with a logo, barcode or serial number, for example. Laser marking can be carried out directly on the product with practically no set-up time, and the engraving result is durable and razor-sharp.
Entry into mobile laser marking
Just like the high-end Quasar laser, the first mobile laser in Mobil-Mark's newly launched LX-Line offers patented safety technology in accordance with laser protection class 1, which makes it possible to carry out laser marking without additional safety precautions, such as safety goggles. In contrast to processes such as needle embossing, there are no consumables and the laser also offers a long service life with its 100,000 hours of laser diode life. Other arguments such as applicability on all metals and almost all plastics, minimization of noise pollution and the potential for injury also speak in favour of the laser.
